Super friendly staff
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, we brought our puppy and every one loved her.
She showed me where the clippers were, and walked away. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to tell her I couldn't find the blades. She followed me, looked into the glass cabinet and stated that since the cardboard box was empty, they were out of them and she walked away, again.
Paid for a training class for our puppy and she didn't learn anything. They wouldn't give us a refund so we had to pay somewhere else for her after we wasted 4 weeks. Puppy play time was also a nightmare. The trainer didn't really pay attention or get involved with the puppies and someone else's dog peed 7 times in half an hour and the trainer didn't care (the owner didn't either). My husband ended up cleaning it up so no other dogs would step or roll in it. Find somewhere else. Even if it's farther, it is worth the drive for your puppy
Pet store with nice group of supplies for many types of animals. Good prices and pets and grooming station and vet on site
I went to Petco in search of a blade for my Andie's dog clippers. The girl who ended up "helping" me gave me the impression like I was bothering her when she was asked to show me where the clippers were.
She did not offer to see if there were any at the back, or when the next order would come in. Unsatisfactory customer service. Off to PerSmart!
